Your email is your account
Your email address is how you access your account and your quotes. If you used the wrong address, here’s what to do.
Which email is my account under?
Your account uses the email address you entered when you searched.
If you’re not sure which address you used, look for an email from Telecom.live™. The inbox that received it is the one connected to your account.
What if I used the wrong email?
If you haven’t placed an order, start a new search using the correct email address.
If you’ve already placed an order, the order remains associated with the email address used when it was placed. See canceling your service if you need to cancel it.
Someone else needs to sign
The person who searches or places an order doesn’t have to be the person who signs the provider’s agreement.
If someone else needs to sign, forward the signature request to them. They can review and sign the agreement themselves. You don’t need to give them access to your account or start the order again.
Use your business email
A business email at your company’s domain is recommended. It gives you a consistent way to access your account and is the address shared with your provider when you place an order.
Your email and account information stay private otherwise.
If you can’t access that inbox
You need access to your email to sign in to your account.
If you still have access to the inbox but aren’t receiving your sign-in code, see sign-in problems.
