What you need to get started
You only need a service address, a work email, and a general idea of what your business needs.
What should I have ready?
Three things are enough to get started:
| What you need | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Your service address | This is where the service will be installed and helps determine the options available. |
| A work email | Your email gives you access to your quotes and account. |
| An idea of what you need | Choose internet, phone, or both. You can refine the details as you go. |
Get the address right
Use the address where the service will be installed, not your head office or billing address.
Include the suite or unit number if you have one. See if your address is not found if the location doesn’t appear.
What don’t I need?
You don’t need everything figured out before you start.
- Your current bill — useful when comparing options later, but not needed to search.
- Your existing account number — you can search without it.
- A decision — searching doesn’t commit you to an order.
- Technical knowledge — the search guides you through the details.
What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s okay. Answer the questions as best you can and use the recommendations along the way.
You can refine your requirements as you go.
How long does it take?
The questions take about a minute to answer. Your results are then generated while you wait.
