Why there is no password
Telecom.live™ doesn’t use passwords. A six-digit code sent to your email lets you sign in instead.
How do you sign in without a password?
Your email address identifies your account. When you sign in, a one-time code confirms that you have access to that email.
Enter your email
Use the address you used when you first searched.
Check your email
Look for a six-digit sign-in code.
Enter the code
You’ll go straight to your quotes.
Why doesn’t Telecom.live™ use passwords?
Passwords are easy to forget, reuse, or lose. A one-time code removes the need to create or remember one.
There is also no password stored in your account.
If your code doesn’t arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you’re using the email address you originally searched with.
- Wait a moment, then request a new code.
- If you still can’t sign in, see sign-in problems.
Signing in on a new device
Sign in the same way you did the first time. Enter your email address and use the code sent to your inbox.
There’s nothing to transfer or set up on the new device.
Signing in on a shared or public computer
You can sign in without saving a password or account information in the browser.
Sign out when you’re finished. Anyone with access to your email can sign in to your account.
Do I need to sign up first?
No. If you’ve searched with Telecom.live™ before, you already have an account. See how accounts are created.
