Fusion's (legacy Birch) sweet spot is multi-location enterprises that are looking to aggregate, consolidate, and save on POTS lines and other voice services. Fusion bundles its line costs and surcharges (EUCL, LNP, calling features) into a set price and, when comparing to other competitors that may appear at first to be a higher cost, but they are not. When comparing Fusion (legacy Birch) to other POTS providers, be sure to request the other carriers’ complete list of fees and surcharges to get an accurate comparison, and be wary of introductory pricing that can be raised over time. Fusion can sell services with the prominent Canadian provider Primus since legacy Birch purchased the company.
