If your payment did not go through

If your payment was declined, the decision came from your bank or card issuer. There are a few things you can check before trying again.

Why was my payment declined?

Your bank or card issuer decides whether to approve a payment. They don’t always provide the reason for a decline, so Telecom.live™ may not know why it happened.

What should I check?

  1. Check your card details

Make sure the card number, expiration date, security code, and billing ZIP code are correct.

  2. Check with your bank

Your bank may have blocked the payment or asked you to approve it. Check your banking app or contact your bank if you’re not sure.

  3. Try the payment again

Once you’ve checked the details or approved the payment, try again.

  4. Use a different card

If the payment still doesn’t go through, another card may work.

Has anything been lost?

No. A declined payment doesn’t mean your search information has been lost.

Once your payment succeeds, you can continue with your search.

If your payment keeps failing

Contact your bank or card issuer. They’re in the best position to tell you why the payment was declined and whether anything needs to be changed.

Once the issue is resolved, try the payment again.
