How refunds are issued
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Telecom.live™ doesn’t send refunds as a separate payment.
Where does my refund go?
Your refund goes back to the card or payment method used for the original charge.
It can’t be sent to a different card or another payment method. See how payment is handled.
How will I see the refund?
Your bank or card issuer may show the refund as a credit against the original charge.
You may see both the original charge and the refund on your statement. If the original charge was still pending, the charge may simply disappear instead of showing a separate refund.
Either way, the refund has been processed.
How long does a refund take?
The refund is issued as soon as it’s processed. Your bank or card issuer determines when it appears on your statement.
A few business days is common.
What if my card was replaced or expired?
A refund can usually still be received if your card has been replaced or expired. Your bank can help locate it if it doesn’t appear automatically.
What if I don’t see my refund?
If a few business days have passed and the refund isn’t showing, contact us to confirm that it was issued.
If the refund has been issued, your bank or card issuer can help locate it.
