Service Orders

Understanding your signature request

Someone at your business ordered telecom service and listed you as the person who should sign the provider’s agreement.

If you weren’t involved in the order, that’s okay. You can review the agreement before deciding whether to sign it.

Why did I receive this?

The person who placed the order may have provided your email address because you’re authorized to sign for the business. The provider sends the service agreement by email for electronic signature.

The email includes the provider’s name and the service details for the order.

What am I signing?

The service agreement between your business and the provider. It sets out the service, monthly price, any setup fee, and contract term.

Telecom.live™ is not a party to the agreement. See the four things to check.

How can I tell if it’s genuine?

Before signing, check that:

  • Someone at your business recently ordered service through Telecom.live™.
  • The provider named in the agreement is the one your business chose.
  • The service address and monthly price match the order.
  • The request asks you to sign, not to provide a password, card number, or payment.

How to sign

  1. Open the email

If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Read the agreement

Review the entire agreement before signing, especially the contract term and what happens when it ends.

  3. Sign

Sign electronically in your browser. There’s nothing to print, scan, or send back.

If you’re not the right person to sign

Send the request to whoever is authorized to sign for your business. They can review and complete it themselves. See who can sign for your business.

If something is wrong

Don’t sign it.

If the service address, price, or other order details don’t match what your business agreed to, contact us before signing so it can be corrected.
