Which type of business internet connection is best?
Fiber is the best connection where it reaches: the highest speeds, symmetrical upload and the lowest latency. Cable is the usual second choice and costs less. Fixed wireless and 5G work where no wire is available. DSL is being retired. Availability at the address decides more than preference does.

Count simultaneous calls and any backup that runs in office hours, then add headroom.
Decide if you need a commitment
If downtime costs real money, look for a committed rate and an uptime figure rather than a bigger headline speed.
Compare the total, not the monthly
Setup fee, term length, equipment charges and the post-promotional rate all belong in the comparison.
