Searching is free for most businesses. A one-time fee applies in some situations, and you’ll always see the amount before you’re charged.
Is searching free?
For most businesses, yes. Searching is free when you use a business email address at a business address.
A one-time fee may apply when you use a residential address or a personal email address. The amount is shown before you pay.

Why use a business email?
A business email helps connect your search to your business. When you search with an email at your company’s domain and a business address, the search is free.
What if no results come back?
If no pricing can be returned for your search within 48 hours, any fee you paid is automatically refunded. You don’t need to request the refund.
What about the service itself?
Telecom.live™ doesn’t charge you for the telecom service.
The provider you choose sets the service price, contract terms, and installation details. They bill you directly under the agreement you accept.
Is there a subscription?
No. Telecom.live™ doesn’t charge a recurring subscription.
If a search fee applies, it’s a one-time fee for that search.
