Why does Telecom.live™ charge a fee?

Telecom.live™ built a complex platform to conveniently connect businesses with telecom providers nationwide. Developing state-of-the-art technologies with a dedicated team of talented individuals requires large investments into infrastructure and systems of scale. When you use Telecom.live™, you help support our mission to connect every business online.

Is Telecom.live™ for business use only?

Telecom.live™ provides business products from telecom providers on it’s platform. Consumers may only order business products at business prices. If you are using a residential address or non-business contact information, you will be charged our platform rate for Consumers.

Do all locations qualify for instant quotes?

Not all locations or products will qualify for instant quotes. For example, if your site requires fiber construction it may need to go to finance for approval. If you don’t qualify for instant quotes, our systems work hand-in-hand with providers to find available solutions that you can track online in your live dashboard.

What payment forms do you accept?

Telecom.live™ utilizes Stripe as a global online payment processor. Our systems never handle your payment information and all transactions are encrypted for safe processing through Stripe’s platform using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection. Almost all major payment methods are accepted including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I get a refund on my platform fee?

You may request a refund from Telecom.live™ if you receive no telecom quotes after a period of 30 days. If you have received quotes from Telecom.live™, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Telecom.live™ does not guarantee any pricing, availability or results from any provider at any time.
