Why does Telecom.live™ charge a fee?

Our mission at Telecom.live™ is to get every business connected online. We offer our platform as an easy way for businesses to connect with telecom providers online. Developing and maintaining a state-of-the-art platform requires significant investment into infrastructure and systems of scale. To help support our mission, we’re committed to offering first-time Business users Free access.

Is Telecom.live™ for business use only?

Telecom.live™ only provides business rates for telecom products at this time. Residential users will only have access to business products through our platform and will be charged a one-time residential fee at the rate shown above.

How can I quote multiple locations?

Telecom.live™ offers enterprises the ability to quote multiple locations at once. Access to this feature is available by invitation only at this time. If you do not have an invitation code, you can generate quotes for one location at a time.

Does every product have instant quotes?

Not all service locations or business products will qualify for instant quotes. Some locations have limited options available and additional processing times are required. You can track the progress of your quotes and orders inside your online dashboard.

What payment forms do you accept?

Telecom.live™ utilizes Stripe as a global online payment processor. Our systems never handle your payment information and all transactions are encrypted for safe processing through Stripe’s platform using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection. Almost all major payment methods are accepted including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I get a refund on the fee I paid?

You may request a refund from Telecom.live™ if you receive no telecom quotes after a period of 30 days. If you have received quotes from Telecom.live™, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Telecom.live™ does not guarantee any pricing, availability or results from any provider at any time.
